At Suzamie, we want you and your pets to feel completely confident in every purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Returns & Refunds
We accept returns for unused, unopened items within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, products must be in their original packaging and in the same condition they were received. Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs.
Fees
There are absolutely no restocking fees for any returned items.
Non‑Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene, we cannot accept returns on:
  • Used grooming tools
  • Opened wipes or consumables
  • Replacement filters
  • Items marked “Final Sale”
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right with a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
How to Start a Return
Email us at support@suzamie.com with your order number, the item you’d like to return, and a brief description of the issue. We’ll reply within 24 hours with the exact return shipping address instructions. Please do not send items back to the manufacturer.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected at our facility, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
